You are able to correct any errors to your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit' on the final page of the ordering process.

Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Payment
Credit card information is recorded at the point at which you confirm your order, with your card being authorised against the transaction. However, Sunderland of Scotland will not take any payment until such time as your order is confirmed as dispatched, at which point your card will again be authorised and payment taken.

Data Protection
If you have given us permission to send you information about our products and services by telephone, email or in writing, you agree that by doing so Sunderland of Scotland are not in breach of the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999 or the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Code of Practice. Information about you will be used to verify your identity and for credit assessment.

We may also use your information for payment recovery or fraud and debt tracing. We will pass on details of defaulting accounts to debt collection agencies.

Who does Sunderland of Scotland disclose the information it collects about me to?
We do not disclose or sell information about you to any other company or agency.

Contacting Customer Support by Phone
As part of our efforts to make further improvements to the service we provide to our customers, telephone calls to and from our customer services department may be recorded or monitored and used for training purposes. To protect the operation of our computer systems we monitor incoming and out going email.

Keeping in touch with you
We want to keep you up to date with information about new ranges, special offers and improvements to this site.

If you decide you do not want us to contact you, you can request that we stop using your information and that we stop mailing information to you by opting out of your membership.
